Shark has launched an online sale with a significant reduction on its Floor and Handheld Steam Cleaner
I’ve had my eye on the Shark Floor and Handheld Steam Cleaner, but at £199.99, I wasn’t quite ready to take the leap. The steam mop is perfect for deep cleaning hard floors, including wood and tiles.
I have stone flooring throughout my hallway and kitchen/diner, and with a messy pup running around the place, muddy paw prints are one of my daily gripes. Shark’s Floor and Handheld Steam Cleaner is specifically designed to target deep cleaning on all sealed hard floors, including tile, stone and hardwood.
The chemical-free cleaning device is perfect for homes with pets and young children. The Lift-Away function transforms the floor mop into a portable steam cleaner in seconds, ideal for getting into all the nooks and crannies.

Shark has reduced the handy device to a more pocket-friendly price of £119 as part of its post-Christmas sale. That means hopeful buyers like myself can make a savvy saving of £80.
The Floor and Handheld Steam Cleaner, which comes with machine-washable dirt grip pads, isn’t just for floors and skirting boards. It can also be used to banish grime and dust from windows, tiles, hobs, sinks, cooker hoods and even inside the oven.
One pleased buyer left a five-star review,: ” It cleans really well. I thought my floors were clean before, but honestly, this made them cleaner than ever before.”
Another simply wrote: “Absolutely love it. It is much better than others I have bought.”
However, a third warns that the steam mop leaves watermarks on your flooring. They remarked: “The steamer leaves a lot of water residue, which marks my floor if not towel dried.
“This is my third Shark steamer. The one I had before was the best, but they don’t make that model anymore. So overall, I’m not pleased with the purchase.”
A fourth commented: “I purchased this as I only have one room with carpet! I felt I was not getting the kitchen floor as clean as a normal mop/cleaner.
“Using this Shark model, I saw a difference immediately. The cable is long enough, but in hindsight, no cable would be perfect.”
