The son of Jeff Brazier and Jade Goody, Freddy Brazier, is launching a new podcast, called Load of Old Cobblers, after revealing he’d been addicted to smoking since he was 12
Freddy Brazier is launching a new podcast after a dramatic year in the spotlight. The son of reality stars, Jade Goody and Jeff Brazier, 20, hit the headlines earlier this year after it was reported that his dad was seeking legal action against Freddy’s nan, Jackiey, who the model has been living with.
Freddy has also been dealing with addiction issues after admitting he’d been smoking since he was 12 after declaring he needed to go to rebab – before backtracking and saying a “retreat” would be better.
After a difficult year, Freddy has now revealed he’s starting a podcast, called Load of Old Cobblers, which he promoted on its Instagram page with unseen photos of Jade and her two sons before the Big Brother star tragically died, aged 29, from cervical cancer.

The Instagram page, which only has one post so far, is branded by Freddy: “Got bored so created a podcast! Put the rubbish in with the real. I’ll be talking about mental health, life experiences and a whole load of pony!”
Freddy has been open about his mental health, revealing that he has ADHD and is also bipolar in a TikTok video in March shortly before it was reported that Jeff was seeking legal action against Jackiey because he was concerned about her influence on his son.
Sharing a clip of himself in his garden during Epilepsy Awareness week, Freddy said: “I’m Freddy Brazier. “Some might know me for my harsh mother Jade Goody, the Big Brother star some would say. Or my father Jeff Brazier the TV presenter, known for multiple things – couldn’t tell you.
“Just coming on to say that seizures – or any illness – shouldn’t be made a joke or something to laugh about. He then revealed: “Me myself, I suffer from serious mental health, and I’ve got ADHD and bipolar. And it’s not nice when people want to belittle you or talk down on you because of it.”
He signed off: “For more information about seizures and whatever else, visit this account. Hope it helps.”
Shortly after, Freddy announced he was going to rehab to address his addiction issues after admitting he’d been smoking since he was 12.
However, in a surprising U-turn, he then said he needed to go on a ‘boy’s holiday’ instead or a retreat.
His comments came before his older brother, Bobby, announced he was moving to India for a year to study the teachings of Hare Krishna.
