If you struggle to make fried eggs perfect every single time, one man has got the perfect hack to ensure that they come out looking and tasting good – and it’s so easy
If your preferred method of making eggs is to fry them, but you struggle to make them perfect every single time, then you’re in luck. There’s nothing better than getting your egg white the perfect texture, and the yolk in the perfect dome shape, and when you cut into it, it’s lovely and runny. Sometimes, however, it’s easy to break the egg into the pan, only for the yolk to split and completely ruin the look and feel of your breakfast plate.
Jack Parker, an online coach, has shared the way that you can guarantee “perfect fried eggs every time you cook them”.
Eggs are so good for you as they’re packed full of protein, and Healthline shares that they’re often referred to as ‘nature’s multivitamin’.
Eggs are loaded with vitamins, minerals, high-quality protein, good fats and various other lesser-known nutrients.
It’s very important to realise that almost all the nutrients are contained in the yolk, the white contains only protein.
Eating eggs for breakfast can also help you to lose body fat, as they contain only trace amounts of carbohydrates, but plenty of protein and fat. They score very high on a scale called the satiety index, which is a measure of how much foods contribute to satiety.
So, now you know how good they are for you, here’s how to get eggs looking and tasting perfect every single time.
He said that all you need is “obviously your eggs,” and something to cook them in, such as grass-fed butter, olive oil or coconut oil.
“Then, get your butter cooking on medium heat, while you have your eggs in a different pot ready to in [to the pan],” he said.
The eggs were in a different container, pre-cracked, which could make your life easier, rather than cracking them straight into the pan.
Jack continued: “You’re gonna keep it on medium heat until the white forms around the yolk, then add a pan lid on top and drop the heat down to low”.
Jack reckons that adding the pan lid will make all the difference when it comes to making the eggs “perfect,” because “this is going to cook the yolk” and they’ll taste amazing.
“Leave that for five minutes, take the egg off, and there you have some beautiful, perfect, fried eggs,” Jack said.
In the comments, someone wrote: “Future me, did this work?”
Another responded asking whether they’d tried the hack with cracking the eggs before and adding the pan lid on top of the eggs, allowing them to cook.
“I forgot to say the results, but yeah, they’re good, and they look perfect,” they said as they praised the method.
“Very useful I’ve been cooking them and they haven’t been great I’m gonna copy this,” another TikTok user penned.
