This EE TV deal gets you all the channels you need and throws in Netflix and Apple TV+ for 6 months, as well as the option of an Apple TV 4K box, all for just £27.99 a month
EE has dramatically cut prices for TV fans, offering a host of enticing deals that include access to numerous TV channels, complimentary Netflix and a six-month trial of Apple TV+ – all at a price that beats Sky for half a year.
Reduced from £46.99 per month to just £27.99, this EE TV package offers a wealth of content. It includes all the usual Freeview channels as well as Now Entertainment for access to channels such as Sky Atlantic.
Subscribers will also receive Netflix, Discovery+ and a 6-month trial of Apple TV+ – with EE even offering an Apple TV 4K if desired – making it the only TV provider in the UK to do so. With Sky Stream’s similar package (excluding broadband) starting at £15, EE’s offer is certainly tempting.

This deal packs a huge amount of content, saving shoppers £19 a month off the regular cost – but there are some details to be aware of. The key thing to remember is tha the EE TV deal includes broadband in the package.
The £27.99 price tag is only for the first 6 months, equating to a saving of £114 over the full term of the contract, which lasts for 24 months.
After the initial 6 months, the price will revert back to the standard rate of £46.99 per month. The deal includes all the aforementioned TV content, as well as either EE’s TV box or the Apple TV 4K, reports the Express.
EE is the sole company that offers the Apple TV 4K with its integrated TV services, allowing users to benefit from the other features of the box, such as iPhone connectivity and access to other apps and games.
The offer of 6-months of access to Apple TV+ is a sweetener (worth £8.99 a month, or £53.94 over 6 months) and will give you access to loads of exclusive content such as Ted Lasso, Severance and The Morning Show. If you want even more TV, EE is also offering its Full Works package at a discount – saving you £55 a month for 6 months (saving £330), but also getting you access to Sky Sports.
Then you get to the broadband, which is bundled into the package. With EE TV, you can only get the TV service if you have EE’s broadband, so this deal is best for someone that’s looking to switch broadband provider.
The price includes the standard 67Mbps service, which is plenty fast enough to stream 4K shows on your TV. If you’re happy with your broadband and don’t want to move, then opting for Sky Stream is your best alternative, as again, you get access to loads of channels and Netflix, while also being able to stream all your terrestrial TV too, so there’s no need for a dish.
If you’d rather opt for Sky Stream, then you can get it from £15 month from Sky. The advantage of choosing the Sky deal, over EE, is that it’s cheaper over the long term.
You don’t get the option of an Apple TV 4K box and there’s no trial of Apple TV+ thrown in, but you will be getting a lot of entertainment for a low price – including Netflix – with the option of adding more channels from Sky if you want them.
Sky is also throwing in Sky broadband with the Sky Essential TV package for a monthly cost of £35. While this might seem pricier than the EE deal for the first 6 months, over the course of the 24-month contract it is actually more economical – though prices are subject to change.
