Pedro Henrique Silva dos Santos, 31, from Brazil, has shared his dramatic body modification journey and revealed the misconceptions he often faces from passers-by
A body modification addict has hit back at trolls who called him the “devil” after he spent thousands of pounds on a dramatic transformation.
Pedro Henrique Silva dos Santos, 31, from Brazil, embarked on the journey to change his appearance eight years ago. But he became obsessed with altering his look and now is covered from head to toe in tattoos.
The dad-of-two went a step further and had silicone implants installed in his head to “give the impression of horns”. But the idea backfired when people described him as the devil.
“When people call me the devil, I don’t like it because the devil is a bad person,” he said. “I’m a good-hearted person. I just have an extravagant appearance.”

Pedro has even been questioned about whether he can be a good role model to his kids due to his appearance.
Speaking about the misconception, he said: “I’ve heard people saying, ‘Look at this father’s manner, what an example he sets for his children.”
“But no one knows the way I am, the way I treat my children with a lot of love and affection. I’ve never hit my children and even with all my modifications, they respect me a lot.”
Pedro says his wife Vanessa Mendes dos Santos, 27, and their children Micaelly, 10, and Pyetro, four – are very supportive. And ultimately, he doesn’t worry about his appearance, or care what people have to say about it.
He said: “Appearance means nothing to me. I see so many parents these days without any tattoos abandoning their own children and mistreating them. It’s crazy. Where I live, people know me well and know I’m an excellent father.
“But there will always be places where people criticise and say, ‘look at the state of that father, he looks like Satan. I simply don’t care. My appearance does not define the person I am, I am a responsible father. I am happy and I do not intend to stop.”
Pedro has spent around £2,000 on his procedures to date in his native Brazil. But he isn’t the only one who has spent a fortune on procedures. Diabão Praddo, also from Brazil, has previously been dubbed the “Human Satan” due to his look.
In shocking images online, Diabão can be seen missing his pinky and ring fingers, leaving him with just three left on both sides – his thumb, index finger and middle finger.
He even customised his teeth and removed his ears to celebrate the removal of Covid masks, reports New York Post. But he’s now taken it one step further by starting the process of turning his fingers into claws.
After he changed his ears, he said: “The truth is that there are changes that without anaesthesia would be almost impossible to be done.” If I have to feel pain, to achieve what I want, for sure I will face it!”
