Former accountant turned escort Katija Cortez, 28, says 50 per cent of her clientele is married men – who often speak highly of their wives and don’t consider themselves to be unfaithful
A 28-year-old escort claims most of her clientele are married, but don’t feel guilty or consider it ‘cheating’.
Former accountant Katija Cortez left her cushy office job and dived into the world of modelling and sex work, scooping Playboy Playmate of the Year and setting up a successful OnlyFans page. The high-flying escort, who co-hosts the award-winning podcast Kat & Mark Show, has dished the dirt on the types of men who pay her for sex.
Whilst never wanting to ask her clientele about their relationship status in fear of ‘killing the mood’, Cortez believes around 50 per cent of the men she sleeps with are married – and many often ‘speak lovingly’ about their other halves.
Speaking to Mail Online, the Aussie said: “I don’t think I’ve ever had a client who is married that has ever spoken badly about their wife. The only ones who ever show frustration with their partners are the ones going through messy divorces, but even then most of the time they will still speak very politely about their partner.
“I don’t like to call it cheating when a married man sees me, because there aren’t any romantic feelings involved. They come to me because they want to laugh, be held, and be pleasured,’ she said.”

But Cortez refuses to be blamed for men with wandering eye, telling wives that sex workers are not ‘going out and stalking married men. In fact, she says that married men are the ones who ‘willingly’ seek out escorts for sex – regardless of their reasons.
“I don’t encourage cheating but I also don’t believe in monogamy either, because I have seen time and time again that truly faithful relationships are rare,” she added. The star, from Sydney, also claims that male escorts she knows have familiar stories with married wives paying for sex – whilst airing their ‘dissatisfaction’ about their sex lives with their partner.
