P.Louise is the number one beauty brand on TikTok and it just launched a huge limited edition advent calendar that’s packed with over £700 worth of skincare and makeup

With TikTok being one of the number one places beauty lovers go for recommendations, it’s a big deal when a brand is the top-rated pick from the platform. P.Louise has recently been named TikTok’s number one beauty and skincare brand, and it comes just in time for the launch of the brand’s 2025 beauty advent calendars.

P.Louise has dropped two advent calendars this year. One is the 12 Sleighs Of Christmas Bad Bitch Skincare Advent Calendar 2025 (£110), whilst the other is the Cruising Home For Christmas Makeup and Beauty Advent Calendar 2025 – and as soon as I saw this one, I knew I had to get my hands on it.

Before I’d even taken a look at the contents, the sheer joy and whimsy of the design of the Cruising Home For Christmas Advent Calendar lured me in. The calendar’s contents are hidden inside four large cars, trucks and caravans, with a semi-circle road that fits together in the brand’s signature pink and red colour combination for the vehicles to be placed on.

The instant nostalgia this gave me when I saw it was lovely, and I’ve already got visions of placing it around the base of my Christmas tree (once it goes up) for a proper festive scene. The vehicles even take AAAA batteries so the headlights work, adding to that cosy Christmas feel – although a minor gripe is that it would have been great if they were included.

It’s a little pricey at £250, but contains over £700 worth of hair, makeup and skincare products, which when combined with the design makes it well worth the money in my opinion. Unlike other calendars which only go up to Christmas Eve, the Cruising Home For Christmas Advent Calendar has 25 doors to open, which are scattered throughout the different vehicles.

Some are found in drawers inside drop down sides on the caravans and cars, whilst others are in fabric bags in the back of the flat bed truck. The products inside are a mixture of brand new and exclusive P.Louise goodies, with skincare, makeup and haircare items to open.

A look inside some of the drawers (don’t judge, I couldn’t help myself) revealed makeup brushes, a multi pack of glowy loose pigment powders, false lashes and a glow-boosting primer, all of which are full size. This does mean that the Cruising Home For Christmas Advent Calendar is pretty large, so you’ll need to clear some space to set it up in all its glory come December.

However the quality of both the products and the calendar itself – the vehicles even have fully functioning wheels to move them around – is amazing, and truly brought out my inner child. Even my dad couldn’t resist getting down and helping me set it up, which reminded me of Christmas mornings setting up your toys as a kid, giving it the perfect hit of nostalgia. I can already forsee myself bringing this out with the rest of my Christmas decorations each year, even if there’s nothing inside.

If you’re tight on space, or prefer a mixture of brands inside your beauty advent calendars, The Cult Beauty Advent Calendar is still in stock for £240, and you can choose from the classic curation or the limited edition one. Alternatively, Liberty’s 2025 Beauty Advent Calendar is £275 with brands like La Mer, Augustinus Bader and Lisa Eldridge inside, totalling £1245 worth of products.
