JoJo Siwa’s ex-partner appears to be moving on with their life after being brutally dumped by the American singer at the Celebrity Big Brother wrap party. Australian actor Kath Ebbs revealed last month that the former Dance Moms star ended their relationship within hours of finishing third on the ITV reality TV series.

Kath, who is non-binary and uses she/they pronouns, flew to the UK to reunite with JoJo on the evening of the Celebrity Big Brother final despite some controversary surrounding JoJo’s strong friendship with Love Island star Chris Hughes while on the programme.

But despite Kath’s willingness to work through their issues and continue their relationship, JoJo decided it was time to end their romance after a few months officially together. Kath was the one to break the news on social media just hours on from being dumped, saying JoJo told them that they were not “person that they wanted to spend the foreseeable future with.”

The former couple had been dating for a few months before JoJo Siwa entered the Celebrity Big Brother house

Since the brutal split, Kath has returned Down Under and has been snapped spending time with two male friends at popular Bondi café Gertrude & Alice. The 27-year-old Aussie was seen wearing blue jeans and a black jumper as they greeted one of their male companions with a kiss on the lips outside the eatery.

Kath and the man were seen chatting and hugging as they were joined by another man. In images obtained by the Daily Mail, the trio were seen enjoying beverages at the café before taking a stroll in the sun together.

In an Instagram video announcing their split from JoJo last month, Kath told their followers that their now ex had “asked to marry them before this social experiment”. They added they travelled to the UK, and went “to the live show to show up for my partner and support them in their experience”, and talk about their relationship.

“(I) went to the after party with my, I guess now, ex, crazy thing to say, and was dumped in the party,” they said on April 26. Kath added that JoJo told them “they had realised in the house that I wasn’t the person that they wanted to spend the foreseeable” future with.

During her time on the programme, JoJo told RuPaul’s Drag Race UK star Danny Beard that she feels she is “queer”, after previously coming out as a lesbian. She said: “I think that’s the thing. I’ve always told myself I’m a lesbian, and I think being here I’ve realised, oh, I’m not a lesbian, I’m queer. And I think that’s really cool.”

JoJo, 21, and Chris Hughes, 34, grew close after the Love Island star comforted her when Hollywood actor Mickey Rourke made comments about the singer’s sexuality prior to his removal from the Celebrity Big Brother house.

Speaking just days after the show wrapped, JoJo and Chris described their relationship as “platonic” after speculation that their friendship blossomed into romance while on the show. JoJo told ITV’s This Morning that the break-up with Kath “was not supposed to happen like that” and that her partner had initially said they would not be attending the wrap party.

She said: “When I went into the house, day one, fun. Day two, fun. Well, day two actually wasn’t that fun… day three, I was now in my own thoughts, away from everyone that I know, away from outside opinions, away from everything. And I sat with myself and from that point on, I really realised things that I was okay with in my life that I should never have been okay with.”

Asked if she was talking about her relationship, she said: “So many things, that is one of them, but so many things. And then I, obviously I wanted to hold them inside because I didn’t want to air that out very publicly.

“But there were countless things that I was like, that’s not something that I should be okay with, and I don’t need to be okay with, and I’m not happy. And I knew as soon as I got out I wanted to fix things in my life and make the changes that I needed to make.”

She added: “I think I realised just how not great things were, that I was pretending they were great. And it’s been hard, but it’s been good and I’m very happy with where I am now. I’m very grateful that I had you (Hughes) in there for support and for comfort.”

Speaking about the break up she said: “I’ll be honest, that was not a plan, that was not an intention, that was not supposed to happen like that. Initially I was told that the wrap party was something they didn’t want to attend and then about an hour into the wrap party, they decided they wanted to.

“And so I was genuinely just going to have a conversation before and then it just led to another. They straight up asked me if I was happy, and I said ‘No’. One thing led to another, and that conversation did take place there.”
