Kim Kardashian allegedly took legal action to block the release of her ex-husband Kanye West’s new song, which features their daughter, North – and disgraced Bad Boy star, P Diddy

Kim Kardashian has reportedly been left distraught after her ex, Kanye West, dragged their daughter, North, into the Diddy drama.

The mum-of-four, 44 called it quits with Kanye, 47, in 2021 after seven years of marriage and is now said to have taken legal action against her former husband after he dropped his new track with the disgraced Bad Boy star, 54.

Taking to X on Saturday, Kanye shared a new song, which opens with Diddy’s voice thanking the Jesus Walks hitmaker for being the ‘only one supporting him’ while he languishes in jail in New York awaiting trial for sex trafficking, which Diddy denies.

Also on the track, according to Kanye’s post are Diddy’s son, Christian – and North, 11, who can be heard rapping: “When you see me shining, then you see the light.” Captioning the four-minute clip of Lonely Roads Still Go To Sunshine, Kanye wrote: “LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE new song by PUFF DADDY feat. his son KING COMBS my daughter NORTH WEST and new Yeezy artist from Chicago Jasmine Williams.”

The Mail reports that Kim took legal action to prevent the track’s release and is now ‘working to get the song down off of X.’ The outlet also says that Kanye posted then deleted a number of alleged angry text exchanges with Kim.

In the grabs, Kanye allegedly texts his ex: “I’m never speaking with you again,” along with a snippet of what appeared to be a legal document, including the phrase: ‘participation in this project,’ purportedly in reference to his new song. Aspiring lawyer, Kim, shoots back: “I asked you at the time if I can trademark her name. You said ‘yes’. When she’s 18 it goes to her.” The grabs are then said to show the SKIMS star texting Kanye: “I sent paper work over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song to protect her”.

In undeleted posts on Kanye’s X account, he makes it clear that the former couple do not see eye-to-eye with co-parenting their children. In one message, the Donda star lambasts the “Kardashian mob” for ‘taking his rights away’.

As part of string of angry posts, he fumes: “I don’t want to just ;see my kids’. I need to raise them. I need to have a say so of where they go to school and who their friends are and whose houses they sleep over and whether my daughter wears lipstick and perfume. All these rights have been taken away from me by the Kardashian mob.”
