Another person said: “Vehicle on fire outside Kings Cross London. Suggest avoiding.”

London North Eastern Railway confirmed that one entrance to the station has been closed in response to the incident.

They said: “Due to reports of a fire on the road between London Kings Cross and London St Pancras, the West entrance to Kings Cross Station has been temporarily closed.

“Alternative access points are available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to your journey.”
