Fragrance lovers are all over a purse-friendly perfume that’s drawing comparisons to some high-end fragrances, including Ariana Grande’s Cloud and Baccarat Rouge 540. Kylie Minogue’s Disco Darling is currently grabbing attention at a much smaller £12.99 on Amazon.
Disco Darling is Kylie Minogue’s latest scent sensation, hitting shelves in 2022. The fragrance opens with a fruity burst of apple, black currant, and bergamot before blossoming into a floral heart of raspberry bloom, peony, and jasmine. It is anchored by a simple yet elegant base of musk, vanilla orchid, and ambroxan.
Despite its affordable price tag of £12.99 (down from £17.70), buyers have noted similarities between Disco Darling and more luxurious scents such as Cloud, priced at £28 for 30ml, and the much pricier Baccarat Rouge 540 by Maison Francis Kurkdjian that retails for £245 for 70ml, although they aren’t totally identical twins in scent profiles.
