Former Coronation Street star Kym Marsh, 49, was part of BBC’s Waterloo Road for five series before deciding to leave the show
Kym Marsh has quit BBC show Waterloo Road as she undergoes a huge life overhaul.
The former Coronation Street star, 49, was part of the programme for five series before deciding to leave the show. It comes just months after she dumped her younger boyfriend, who she previously dubbed the ‘love of her life’.
Former soap actress Kym has already reportedly filmed her final scenes on the show as canteen worker Nicky Walters after telling bosses that she would stop shooting after the current series ends. When the show was revived in 2023, nine years after it was first axed, Kym was one of the major names to sign up alongside Adam Thomas.
