All eyes have been on political figures this week as Donald Trump made a high-profile visit to the UK, where he was greeted by Prime Minister Keir Starmer and his wife, Lady Victoria. For the occasion, Lady Victoria opted for a navy blue frock – and we believe we’ve found an exact match for her outfit.
While Victoria Starmer isn’t frequently papped, when she is, she often looks polished and put together. For previous engagements, we’ve seen her sport a Me+Em contrast stitch dress the day her husband was elected Prime Minister, and a floral Karen Millen number donned to meet the French president and his wife.
But to meet USA’s President Donald Trump, she opted for a much simpler design. And while the exact label hasn’t been confirmed, I believe the dress to be the Casey Draped Jersey Midi Dress by Reiss.

Victoria’s ensemble boasts long sleeves and a high neckline for the chillier weather, with soft asymmetric gathered draping to create a flattering effect across the midriff. Victoria has been known to wear Reiss in the past, wearing a now sold-out pleated number for the French state visit, so it would make sense for her to return to a tried and true name.
Originally priced at £158, the dress is now available at £52 in blue, but sizes do seem to be selling quickly. The same style also comes in camel, currently reduced to £42, with wider availability, making for a standout autumn pick that can be dressed up or down.
Reiss Casey Draped Jersey Midi Dress
The blue Casey dress is defined by asymmetric draping that gathers at the side waist, creating elegant ripples that cascade into the soft jersey fabric. A draped roll neck mirrors the fluidity of the design, whilst a side slit enhances movement and flow through the skirt.

Jersey fabric can sometimes divide opinion when it comes to formal occasions. While undeniably comfortable, it doesn’t always look as smart as other fabrics, occasionally giving a more relaxed or casual appearance. I mentioned Lady Vic’s Me+Em dress earlier, which she wore to enter 10 Downing Street for the first time as the PM’s wife. Interestingly, Victoria opted to wear blue on this occasion, perhaps to match King Charles and Queen Camilla, who also opted for navy. The PM’s wife also wore navy for a previous French state visit, which may be why she opted for the neutral tone.
