Police arrested two people after six were injured by two dogs, which have since been identified as Caucasian Shepherds
Six people have been injured after a dog attack in Leicestershire.
Leicestershire Police received two separate reports regarding dog attacks in the area of Beveridge Lane, Bardon Hill.
A member of the public alerted officers after he saw a man being attacked by two dogs on Thursday, August 21.
When police arrived, they couldn’t see any dogs. However, they found the victim shortly after they arrived to the scene.
Almost an hour later, at around 7.44am, the force received another call to say that three people had been bitten by a dog at the same location.
Officers discovered two loose dogs and safely placed them in kennels.
The breed of both dogs has been confirmed as being Caucasian Shepherd.
