Shoppers say the shoes ‘go with everything’ and love them so much they’ve purchased them in multiple colours

However, Lorraine Kelly has been spotted repeatedly wearing one ‘very comfortable’ pair of £35 sandals from the high street that ‘look designer’ – and shoppers have hailed them a ‘summer-must have’.
The 65-year-old has been spied sporting a pair of Marks and Spencer Flat Mules on multiple occasions in recent weeks, making the most of their airy summer style in the warm weather. The open-toe design is proving to be a hit with shoppers for its versatility, easily paired with everything from shorts and dresses to trousers.
The M&S Collection Flat Mules, reminiscent of the Hermès French luxury look, are a steal at £35. With temperatures climbing and holiday moods setting in, these timeless sandals are an essential for any warm-weather wardrobe. Elsewhere, Next’s Tan Brown Extra Wide Fit Forever Comfort Slot Mule Sandals also boast a similar style but come with a breathable, sponge-like insole perfect for extended strolls, all for just £22, while Dune’s Loupe sandals, retailing at £99, are complete with a cushioned sock and a heel for added comfort.

Lorraine was seen at a special reception for cancer charities hosted by King Charles last month, pairing the tan M&S mules with a vibrant pink dress on behalf of her eponymous show. She has since showcased the footwear alongside a light blue floral ensemble, as well as a pastel yellow number two weeks later.

Another M&S customer was slightly disappointed with the lack of half-sizes, though, commenting: “Lovely sandals, I purchased the blue ones very pretty. I’m normally 6.5 but had to purchase a 7 as no half sizes. They come up slightly narrow. Not worn yet. But I’m sure they will be comfortable.”
Meanwhile, another was so taken by the stylish design that they snapped up two pairs, saying: “Lovely blue – harebell blue, I think. Very comfortable slide as it has a slightly flexible sole that also has a pattern so not completely smooth and slippery. Bought in brown as well as they look very expensive and stylish.”
