Microsoft 365 are investigating an “issue impacting users attempting to access Exchange Online or functionality within Microsoft Teams calendar”

Microsoft 365 has gone down as hundreds of users are reporting issues with the software as they “investigate access issues.”

Microsoft posted on X to confirm they are aware of issues accesssing their software, it said: “We’re investigating an issue impacting users attempting to access Exchange Online or functionality within Microsoft Teams calendar. For more information, please refer to MO941162 in the admin center.”

Social media users replied to the tweet saying they had reported issues, one said: “It’s other services too such as Universal Print and not just Exchange online, Outlook on desktop is playing up.” Another replied: “Having issues with Hotmail and OneDrive this morning.”

Some reported having issues accessing their emails on outlook: “Outlook is crashing too this morning. An updates from the Microsoft team?”, one user wrote. Problems have been reported in Ireland, France, Sweden, Italy, Holland and Belgium.

According to users, hen loading Outlook, an error page appears: ‘Your request can’t be completed right now.” Some are having issues viewing emails in their inboxes, sending messages and saving drafts. Microsoft 365 is software that includes Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
