Molly-Mae Hague says she owes so much to one person – and it’s not Tommy Fury

Molly-Mae Hague has praised one person in life as being the most important – and insisted she wouldn’t be where she was today without them.

But some fans will be surprised to know this love in her life is not ex-fiance Tommy Fury or even daughter Bambi – but instead her older sister Zoe. Zoe is set to feature a lot in Molly-Mae’s new doc series with Prime called Molly-Mae: Behind It All.

Paying tribute to her sister, Molly-Mae said: “Like I’ve always said, Zoe’s the best sister ever. I genuinely am so grateful to have a sister like her, and I sometimes wonder what my life would look like without having an older sister. Because I wouldn’t have got by without a sister like mine. She’s like, my mentor, and she the first person to tell me when I’m doing right, but she’s also the first person to tell when I’m doing wrong. And she’s got quite a good feature in this(doc series). Yeah, she’s been great, she’s been amazing.”

Many people are focusing on Molly-Mae’s split from Tommy Fury and how that will take centre stage in the series, which is split into three parts now and three parts coming later in the Spring.

She joked that she felt the release of her documentary “should be given as a bank holiday”, saying she felt she owed her fans “honesty” in the show as “that is my job, my life is online”.

She said: “It does discuss the break-up, and we’re very honest in what we share with the break-up, but it’s so much more than a break-up documentary. It focuses on parts of my life that I haven’t really delved into before.

“At the minute, we’re still filming, but we touch on lots of stuff like motherhood, we talk about body confidence, running my two businesses, and just doing all of that while having a two-year-old and navigating through a break-up has been a really challenging time.”

Speaking at the launch of her new series in London, Molly-Mae also insisted the main reason for signing up was to showcase the launch of her business Maebe and to chart her baby Bambi growing up. She turns two later this month.

Molly-Mae said: “I think it just came at the perfect time. I had a lot going on personally and with my businesses. Obviously, I was launching Maebe my fashion brand, and it just felt like a perfect time to open up, really, and let people in, in a way that I haven’t before.

“It wasn’t because of the breakup. It was more so because I knew that it was the start of Maebe’s journey. We actually agreed to do the documentary before Maebe had even a post out.

So it was literally at the very start of the journey. And I have such high hopes and dreams for Maebe being this empire. And I thought, how cool, and maybe would it be if we had it from the start of that Instagram page, having zero followers to hopefully becoming the empire that I hope it will be one day, and that was my main focus and goal behind doing it.”

* Molly-Mae: Behind It All eps 1-3 launch exclusively on Prime Video tomorrow(January 17). The latter three episodes will drop in Spring 2025.
