The two bags are very similar in designer – but there’s a huge price difference that could save shoppers hundreds of pounds
Primark is stocking a bag that bears a striking resemblance to a designer alternative. Known for its affordable fashion and homeware, the high street giant may have just introduced a new crowd-pleaser.
The retailer’s Rita Ora Faux Leather Buckle Tote Bag looks similar to a style by designer brand Prada, but at a fraction of the cost. Shoppers can snag the Primark version for £16, while the Prada Buckle large leather handbag with belt carries a price tag of £ 4,500 online.
Both bags share similar designs, with a leather-look finish and a buckle embellishment along the top. They also both have roomy interiors, are available in a range of colours, and feature gold-tone hardware.

However, the Rita Ora bag is somewhat lighter in colour compared to the Prada version. The designer option is also made with real leather, unlike Primark’s faux leather version, and has a 22 karat gold leaf embossed brand logo.

Prada’s buckle large leather handbag carries a price tag of £4,500, while the Primark equivalent is on offer for just £16, presenting shoppers with a potential saving of approximately £4,484 if they go for the high street substitute.
