The ‘gorgeous’ Primark dress reminded shoppers of the dresses from a luxury womenswear brand
Primark shoppers are loving a “gorgeous” £30 dress that’s been described as the “perfect wedding guest dress.” Fashion fans loved the look of the Sleeveless Corset Midi Dress, which is available in light green or a yellow floral print, when it went viral on social media.
According to the product description, shoppers can expect a “sleeveless midi dress featuring chunky shoulder straps and a corset design.” It was showcased in a popular post shared by @galslovehighstreet, earning more than 250,000 views.
The caption read: “Just spotted the perfect wedding guest dress at Primark. The back bow detail! Wowww,” and viewers were just as impressed. One commenter replied: “I need one immediately.”
A second fan praised: “I’m going to Rome next month and that first dress is divine.” Someone else suggested: “Laura Ashley vibes,” while another thought: “Primark is the new House of CB.” Again referencing the British luxury womenswear brand, they added: “It’s fab to see there’s brands that are cheap and looks similar.”
Someone else replied: “Finally a midi size of this dress.” Not everyone was so impressed, though. On the one hand, commenters advised against wearing the dress to a wedding if the bride is wearing white.
