Rochelle Humes’ latest collection with Next has dropped, with some seriously swoonworthy pieces for summer including a maxi denim dress
With a new season comes new fashion collections from some of our favourite brands. These include Poppy Delevingne’s collaboration with Nobody’s Child and Next’s newest range with This Morning star Rochelle Humes.
One dress in particular from Rochelle’s new collection is making waves with fashion fans for its lightweight denim make-up and elegant style. The Mid Blue Denim Sleeveless Denim Maxi Dress, which comes in a blue mid-wash denim hue as well as a more neutral ecru colour, retails at £48.
Made from a lightweight cotton-blend fabric (77% Cotton, 23% TENCEL™ lyocell), the dress is ideal for summer as it is sleeveless and has a relatively relaxed silhouette, delivering ample ventilation on humid days. Crafted with a round neckline (ideal for adding necklaces and layering), the frock has a maxi length whose raw hem adds some lovely texture and a bit of a unique look.

Its sleeveless design makes it a great item to stash in the suitcase on holiday – plus, with a denim make up it’s highly unlikely to crease. The dress is also available in two different lengths and in sizes 6 to 22, catering to a variety of shapes and sizes, regular and tall.
This does mean that those with more petite frames may feel a little bit swamped, which is one negative of this dress. While it doesn’t yet have any reviews on the Next website, the dress was posted on the brand’s Instagram page, alongside a number of other pieces from the collection – including this playful White/Pink Graphic Print Beach T-Shirt, £25 – underneath which fans of the The Saturdays star shared their love for the new garments.

One lovely detail that makes this dress stand out is its diagonal seam design, which adds some texture and dimension to the dress. However, for those who’d prefer a more fit-and-flare shape, Marks and Spencer’s Pure Cotton Square Neck Midi Skater Dress is £45 and has a pleated skirt and square neckline that’s super flattering. It’s also a good option for those who’d prefer to keep their arms covered.
For a more shirt-dress style with no sleeves, like Next’s Roman, Next’s Denim Button Through Midi Dress is £40 and comes in sizes 10 to 20. With a waist tie and v-neckline, it’s a really flattering option for summer.
Shoppers have described it as having ‘excellent style and fits really well’, others have said it’s ‘suitable for any age.’ However, Rochelle’s mid-Blue Sleeveless Denim Maxi Dress is available from Next for £48.
