Beau Bronzage has unveiled its most significant innovation to date: a proprietary fragrance technology that completely redefines the self-tanning ritual by eliminating the off-putting DHA scent, often likened to digestives or biscuits.

The result of a year and a half of intense R&D, this new approach doesn’t simply cover up the smell—it changes the way the formulation works on the skin. During independent blind testing, participants described a fresh, floral scent with hints of pear and freesia. These fragrance notes were chosen personally by founder Victoria Hargrave, who drew inspiration from her signature perfume.

Victoria’s journey began in Witney, Oxfordshire, over ten years ago, when she opened The Tanning Room. That boutique salon has blossomed into a network of six locations known for their premium service and customer-first approach across multiple counties.

After becoming frustrated by the lack of reliable, premium, and pleasant-smelling products in the market, Victoria decided to create her own solution. With the motto “if it doesn’t exist, build it,” Beau Bronzage was born. The brand prides itself on offering high-performance tanning products that are eco-conscious, cruelty-free, and made in the UK using 100% organically sourced DHA.

The new scent innovation will first be introduced in the Medium Tanning Mousse—Beau Bronzage’s most popular product—available exclusively to VIP members from 1st June, priced at £24.95. Pre-orders are now open, with high demand expected ahead of the summer season.

Beau Bronzage isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about confidence and empowerment. Victoria said: “It’s about confidence, self-care, and feeling fantastic in your skin, no matter your age or size. Whether it’s for a holiday, a big event, or simply to feel your best every day, Beau Bronzage makes tanning a luxury experience from the very first pump. Be beautiful. Be Beau Bronzage.”
