This is the shocking moment two men locked in road rage wrestle in the middle of busy major A-road as stunned motorists looked on.
The pair were at a set of traffic lights when they got into a row. One was driving a grey Toyota Prius and the other was behind the wheel of a maroon Ford Fiesta. But after tempers flared the duo got in a dust-up which resulted in them grappling on the ground.
A woman got out of the Fiesta and came to intervene. One man in a passing car exclaimed: “He’s getting sparked. He’s getting sparked.”
It happened on January 12 on the A30 Great South West Road, at Hatton, near Heathrow Airport. One local said: “Two drivers have a full on wrestle near Hatton Cross.”
Charanjeet Bhachu joked: “Not fast, just furious.” A third added: “New sport in coming…road wrestling.” Pavandeep Sohal fumed: “Caused delays for nothing.” A fifth joked: “Your Uber has arrived.”
The Metropolitan Police has been approached for comment.
It comes after a motorist left enraged by a lorry driver got into a wild altercation. The Brit motorist was caught on camera as they stormed over to the lorry and began to climb the side of the vehicle. There they crawled in through the window and carried out an attack on the driver. Footage of the incident, which reportedly took place in Slough, Berkshire, showed the lorry pull up to the set of traffic lights before a black hatchback pulled up alongside it at speed.
Braking sharply and swerving across the inside lane to block the HGV from moving, the driver was then seen exiting the vehicle and headed towards the lorry. The clearly agitated member of the public first tried the door of the lorry cabin but found it was locked.
The enraged driver can be seen pulling at the door of the lorry before yelling: “Open the f**king door.” Though they did not make their way into the cabin by yanking on the handle, the furious black hatchback owner did manage to get into the cabin another way. Their horrifying break into the vehicle saw him climb the step on the doorframe before opening the window to scale the door.
He then appeared to throw a punch at the man in the lorry before grabbing hold of the driver. The person who filmed the road rage incident could be heard commentating over the brawl as they suggested it was going to “kick off” shortly before the infuriated driver made his way into the lorry.
It is not know what led to the incident between the two drivers last year but footage of the road rage went viral on social media.
