Ozzy Osbourne fans are cashing in on a ‘free gift’ from his final performance following his death. The Black Sabbath rocker died earlier this week after paramedics battled for hours to try and save him.

In a statement, the Osbourne family revealed Ozzy died on Tuesday morning. They said: “It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time. Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Louis.”

The rock world is in mourning, with his wife Sharon Osbourne understandably devastated by her and the family’s loss. Friends are said to be very concerned for Sharon, who Ozzy once described as his “soulmate”.

“Sharon is like my soulmate — sometimes I love her, sometimes I don’t love her, sometimes I’m angry with her, sometimes I’m crazy about her, sometimes I’m very jealous of her, sometimes I wanna f***ng kill her. But through it all, at the end of the day, I love her more than anything in the world. Put it this way: I couldn’t live without her. I don’t wanna live without her,” he said last year of his wife.

“He was in so much pain, he had some very bad days. He knew for a while that he was on borrowed time really. He was so ill that, in that rock and roll tradition, he could have died on stage,” a source had said of Ozzy’s health in the days leading up to his death.

“There was no infection that we knew of. We all knew that he was going. In the end, he died peacefully at home with all the family with him. It’s a lovely house and Sharon wanted to bring him back from LA. I don’t know if she will feel strong enough to have a big memorial for all the people who want to say goodbye to him. We think she may want to bury him privately at home, in the garden.”

Now it has been revealed that fans are cashing in on Ozzy’s sad death and selling things from that Villa Park celebration. One seller is has listed two pieces of the confetti and a poster from the show for a whopping £208.68. Another buyer is asking for £57.87 for four pieces of confetti or two pieces for £26.67, or one piece for £13.33.

Other sellers have turned the confetti into keyrings or framed posters to mark the event, which was billed as Ozzy’s last gig due to his ill health. Sadly, he died just days later.
