The 48-year-old former footballer shared images showcasing his toned physique and extensive tattoos, prompting a wave of reactions from fans. David wore only black BOSS boxers and cryptically captioned the post: “9:30PM GMT tomorrow…,” suggesting an upcoming announcement.
One fan took to the comment section penning: “This is absolutely the greatest moment of my day.” Whilst another added: “Mother of love. What an absolute sort.” A third penned: “It feels like someone just turned the thermostat up to ‘inferno mode.” And a fourth added: “Well that’s just what I need to see.” A fifth exclaimed: “I just spat my tea out!!!”
Wife Victoria’s response added to the praise, as she simply wrote: “My boss,” followed by a heart and a wink face emoji.
As 2024 came to a close, Beckham was once again left off the end-of-year honours list, which featured a knighthood for former England manager Gareth Southgate. It comes more than seven years after shocking emails were leaked in 2017 which showed Beckham branding the honours committee “unappreciative c***s” while claiming he “didn’t care about being knighted”.
The 49-year-old former England captain, who does have an OBE to his name, has claimed some of the leaked emails had been doctored. Nevertheless, the scandal appears to have harmed his chances of becoming a Sir.
Unsurprisingly, there was no mention of his disappointment in an Instagram post he published to look back on 2024. It included pictures of Beckham with his wife Victoria and their children Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper, as well as a touching final picture of him chatting to his former England manager, Sven Goran Eriksson, who passed away in 2024 from cancer.
As the caption, he wrote: “Happy New Year from myself, my wife and my amazing kids… Thank you for [an] unforgettable year and I want to wish everyone a happy and healthy 2025. Love David x.”
Beckham now focuses much of his work in Florida as co-owner of Inter Miami. In 2024, his team, which includes Lionel Messi, won the Supporters’ Shield for having the best regular season record in MLS, adding to Beckham’s celebrations.
As 2024 came to a close, it was revealed that Victoria raked in £1million from music in that year — despite not singing a note for over a decade.
Posh Spice, 50, pocketed the fortune through royalties from her solo career and time with the chart-topping group, it is understood. However, she has not set foot on stage since she performed with the Spice Girls at the Olympics closing ceremony in London in 2012.

As well as her three studio albums with the Spice Girls, Victoria released a self-titled solo album in 2001. Posh now has 19,900 monthly listeners on Spotify, although bandmate Melanie C, also 50, has more than 659,000 on the platform.
