Incident believed to be ‘medical’
The large emergency services presence at Weymouth Beach is understood to be linked to a medical incident, the Dorset Echo has reported.
According to the publication, a section of the beach was cleared so that the Magpas Air Ambulance helicopter could briefly land and drop off some crew members.
The report claimed that the air ambulance landed nearby at the Marsh.
