Karol, 25, spends a huge amount to fuel the ‘perfect body’
A fitness influencer dubbed the ‘perfect’ woman has revealed the huge amount she spends on her food shop every month. Karol Rosalin , who has 1.8m followers on Instagram, was named as having the ultimate body by Playboy after AI analysed her proportions, symmetry and overall strength and well-being.
The 25-year-old does 2,500 squats per week and claims to have just 6% body fat. Karol also follows a strict diet of only organic products and top-tier supplements.
“I recently went grocery shopping and the total came to over £800,” she said. “My food bill is not an exaggeration — it’s a commitment to the body I chose to have. I filled up three cars with natural, functional ingredients, including several kilos of chicken breast, trays of eggs, sweet potatoes, yams, broccoli, zucchini and kale, as well as fruits, nuts and oats.
“Every time I get to the checkout, someone looks at me like I’m feeding a restaurant. One time, a man asked if I was making a donation.
“I laughed and said, ‘Yeah — I’m donating to the body I want.’ Everything that goes into my cart has a purpose. It’s not about luxury, it’s about logic.”
Karol will have five to six meals per day, each tailored to her macronutrient goals: protein, complex carbs and healthy fats. She said, “I use an app to track everything. I have a nutritionist that I check in with regularly, and I stay on top of every detail.
“For me, eating right is the foundation. Some people spend this same amount of money on parties, clubs, or things they don’t remember the next day.
“I invest in something that gives me lasting results — in the mirror, in my health and in my career.”
The full cost of Karol’s body maintenance is much higher. Earlier this year, she confessed to having a personal trainer whose only job is to keep her bum looking fit and perky, to the tune of £3,100 per month.
The influencer previously said: “Some days I go to the gym just for squats, and other days I combine weight training with targeted exercises. I leave the gym exhausted, but it’s worth it.
“The results are there for anyone to see.”
