Rachel and Alexander Bailey previously went viral when they revealed she breastfed him, with the couple insisting the practice was ‘spiritual, not sexual’. Now they’re back
A mum who went viral for breastfeeding her husband is taking steps to induce lactation once more so she can “give my man what he’s been missing”.
Rachel and Alexander Bailey, both 32, say breastfeeding brought them closer together. “This isn’t about sensationalism, it’s about reclaiming softness,” said Rachel, insisting their unusual practice wasn’t a sexual fetish.
The mum-of-three from Florida, in the US, fed Alexander until her youngest child was old enough for her natural flow of milk to dry up in 2023. Now, the couple are exploring new methods of making her lactate again without having to fall pregnant, as they don’t want to have more children.

Rachel’s plans include breast stimulation, manual expression and tea as well as lots of relaxation and a supplemental nursing system. “I saw that there are so many ways that you could get your milk flowing again,” she said.
“I’m going to be massaging my area… herbal teas, in order to get the milk flowing and get our bond flowing even more than it already has.” The mum explained why it was so important for her to breastfeed Alexander again, admitting it was a “little weird”.
“I miss that bond,” she said. “It was sacred, hilarious, healing, intimate and yeah, a little weird to some. But it was ours.
“Now that my son’s older, I started wondering if I could bring that bond back without having another baby? Research shows yes, so we’re beginning a new chapter. Exploring whether it’s possible to reintroduce lactation without being pregnant.
“I just feel the power, the bond, the energy, the conjoined with nature, and just how much power it brings to us.” Alexander added: “I feel like it takes us to another level. This is not a sexual thing. It’s actually more of a spiritual thing to me.”
Rachel said previously that going viral for breastfeeding her husband had led to odd requests from strangers on the internet. “I still have people asking me every day if they can buy my breastmilk,” she said.
“I have even had people asking if they can meet up with me so that I can breastfeed them too. We had lots of requests from people asking us to make videos of ourselves breastfeeding but we never considered it although I’m sure the money would have been nice.”
The mum even claimed breastfeeding Alexander had been good for his health. “We realised there was nothing wrong with me breastfeeding him, and it would actually be good for him as it is so nutritious,” she said.
“He didn’t get a cold for two years after he started drinking my milk and so many people said his skin was so much better too. He ended up loving the taste of my breast milk and even prefers it to cow’s milk now.”
