Head of shopping Zoe has an Amazon basket filled with her beauty essentials ready to check out, and she says she’s grabbing these five while Amazon Prime Big Deals Day offers

Amazon Prime Days might be officially over for 2024, but the beauty deals are still going strong. If you’re like me, you’ve probably spent the last few days adding to your basket and keeping an eye on those must-have beauty buys – and now is the time to check out before the final sales finish.

Prime Days (or Big Deal Days, officially) are always a great time to snap up discounted skincare, makeup, and hair care, with everything from serums to shampoos at tempting prices. And even though the official event ended on Wednesday, many of those amazing deals are still available, which means you haven’t quite missed out yet.

Today, as I check my Amazon basket, I’m delighted to see some of my favourite beauty staples still at bargain prices. My trusty Olaplex conditioner is currently under £20, which is too good to pass up if you’ve got your strands hooked on the stuff as I have.

If you didn’t grab everything on your wish list during the sale, there’s still time to take advantage of these lingering offers. Here are five beauty products I’ve got my eye on that are still discounted—and definitely worth picking up before they’re gone.

Five Amazon Prime beauty products to add to your basket

IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Makeup 3-in-1 Make-up Melting Balm, £25.50 (was £34)

It Cosmetics is one of my favourite beauty brands, so when I see it on sale, I always add a couple of things to my basket. If your current face wash is nearing an end, I can recommend this one as your next buy.

With an alcohol and paraben-free, shea butter, vitamin C and rosehip oil formula, it melts even waterproof make-up in a flash. I use it as a first step when I double cleanse and it always leaves my skin feeling clean, soft and definitely not squeaky.

Maybelline Instant Anti-Age Eraser Eye Concealer, £7.49 (was £9.99)

If you’re a fan of the Charlotte Tilbury Contour Wand, the Maybelline eye concealer features a similar cushion applicator and an easy-to-use twisting collar that helps to minimise wastage. Not to mention, with its compact component design, it’s easy to take on the go.

I’d say this is for you if you’re looking for a very good high-street under-eye concealer that rivals some pricier brands. Amazon has a limited selection of shades, so if yours isn’t there, you can shop the concealer at a discount from Lookfantastic here, too.

Clarins Everlasting Youth Fluid Foundation SPF15, £34 (was £40)

I try quite a few foundations and skin tints in the name of thorough beauty testing, but there are only a couple I come back to time and time again. This Clarins one is one of them because it makes my skin look so bright and fresh even when I’m not having a good complexion day.

With a medium-coverage, radiant finish that has added UV protection, it’s ideal for anyone looking for a ‘your skin but better’ effect.

Aveeno Daily Moisturising Body Lotion, £4.49 (was £7.15)

This isn’t the most interesting pick, granted, but it’s a useful one. I have eczema-prone skin, so I can’t use anything fragranced on my body. I’ve been using this one for years, and it does the job of keeping my skin soft, hydrated and free from dry patches. Even better, it’s incredibly affordable, meaning I don’t have to worry about using it up too quickly.

Percy & Reed Bye Bye Dry Hydrating TLC Mask 200ml, £19.57 (was £28)

I have long hair that I semi-regularly beach and heat style. The combination of those two means my ends are dry and prone to snapping, so once or twice a week I slather on a treatment in the hope it will nurse my strands back to life.

I have a few top choices of brands, including Philip Kingsley’s Elasticiser, but this giant tub from Percy & Reed is another go-to for me when I see it on sale. It smells delicious, smooths my strands and makes my ends much more manageable when it comes to brushing.
