Aldi shoppers have been racing to get their hands on some viral glassware before stock runs out. People have been ‘mesmerised’ by the beautiful design that makes all drinks “look like magic”.
The £6.99 Thermo Glasses come in two different styles – teddy bear and swirl. Each one is sure to get people talking at parties or simply to have on display in a cabinet.
The twin pack of swirl cups, in particular, is going viral for its unique look. People say it is “perfect” for anyone who enjoys iced coffee, hot chocolates, smoothies, cocktails or other refreshing beverages.
Plus, they’re not just pretty to look at – the glasses are also quite functional if you forget your drinks, as the interesting design will catch your eye more than a regular glass. Aldi adds: “With double borosilicate walls, you can be sure your drink of choice will stay hot or cold for longer!”
People were quick to share their thoughts about middle aisle finds online, which has made these items much harder to get due to their popularity. Replying to a Facebook post about them, one person said: “I NEED these! How pretty do they make the drink look!”
Another added: “Got the last set in my local store this morning.” A third wrote: “You need these. An iced coffee looks even better in this glass!” Someone else claimed they wanted to “fill the cupboards” with these swirling glasses. A fifth shared: “Look lovely but I bet they’d be a pain to wash!”
