Chocolate lovers are in for a treat as Cadbury is finally releasing its new chocolate bar featuring the delicious Biscoff biscuit – two of the best flavours in one.

Imagine the perfect fusion of two beloved treats – rich, creamy Cadbury chocolate combined with the crunchy, caramelised goodness of Biscoff. This latest creation is a dream come true for sweet-toothed fans, blending two iconic flavours into one mouth-watering bar.

Cadbury lovers first got a glimpse of the potential collaboration back in June 2024, when the chocolate brand teased an exciting new product. At the time, Cadbury hinted that people were “going to love what’s coming,” sparking speculation about a possible partnership with Lotus Biscoff. Now, after months of anticipation, Cadbury has confirmed that their newest chocolate bar will indeed feature crushed pieces of the beloved biscuit.

Mondelez International, the parent company of Cadbury and Milka, officially announced the collaboration with Lotus Bakeries earlier this month. The companies revealed that they are working together to develop “exciting new products” across Europe, with the UK being one of the first markets to get a taste of the new creation.

Charlotte Parkes, Senior Brand Manager at Cadbury UK said: “The hype is real! Whilst we’re keeping quiet for the time being, there’s going to be another reason to look forward to spring, very soon!” As soon as the announcement hit social media, chocolate lovers wasted no time expressing their enthusiasm in the comments section of Cadbury UK’s official Instagram account, dubbing it “the collab of dreams.”

One fan excitedly wrote in all caps: “CAN’T WAIT FOR THIS,” while another added: “What a beautiful chocolate bar.” A third one penned: “I’d take my wages paid in this chocolate bar,” with another adding: “Oh my god this is going to be heaven!”

A spokesperson for Mondelez International told Metro that, while specific details about the format and packaging are still being finalised, their goal is to introduce innovative products that will “surprise and delight consumers.”

They also confirmed: “We expect the first co-branded Cadbury and Biscoff products to launch in the UK in early 2025, so do keep your eyes peeled for more news closer to the time!” Although an official release date has not yet been confirmed, reports suggest that the chocolate bar is expected to hit British supermarket shelves this spring. However, eagle-eyed shoppers have already spotted it in selected Premier Stores, priced at £1.69 per bar.
