Home Bargains is selling a lip kit for £2.99 that’s very similar to Charlotte Tilbury’s Pillow Talk version – and it’s a fraction of the cost

Home Bargains is offering customers a £2.99 lip kit that rivals luxe brand Charlotte Tilbury’s Pillow Talk ensemble. The store’s Kissable Lip Essentials kit boasts four items similar to its high-end counterpart – a shimmer lip gloss, nude lip gloss, lip liner, and lipstick.

Home Bargains described the budget-friendly option as “handbag ready lip essentials for the classic lip shades.” It added: “Perfect gift and stocking filler this Christmas.”

Charlotte Tilbury’s coveted £39 Pillow Talk lip kit package includes a lip balm, lip liner, matte lipstick, and a lip gloss. Choosing the Home Bargains alternative allows shoppers to pocket an impressive £36 saving.

With each piece of the cost-effective lip kit amounting to merely 75p, this marks a notable bargain compared to the splurge on the designer label. Each item in Tilbury’s Pillow Talk lip kit would cost almost £10 each, in comparison.

The £2.99 Kissable Lip Kit from Home Bargains isn’t just economical but practical too as you can keep the products in your handbag for on-the-go touch ups while you’re out and about. It stands as an excellent option for early bird Christmas shoppers looking for stocking fillers as well, reports Plymouth Live.

Home Bargains is also stirring excitement with its latest skincare steal. Normally costing £18, the retailer is selling Carbon Theory’s Tea Tree Oil and Vitamin A Breakout Control Antiseptic Spot Paste at only £1.99 – a price vastly undercutting its market competitors Amazon and Beauty Bay.

Choosing Home Bargains could save customers £16. The spot paste is touted to eliminate blemishes, reduce redness, heal the skin and balance pigmentation.

Home Bargains has also unveiled its fresh range of Halloween decorations for 2024. Customers can purchase ghost-shaped cushions for £4.99 and large Jack O’Lantern pumpkin ornaments for £24.99.

The retailer has also shared a glimpse of its Christmas decorations, coming out soon. On Instagram, Home Bargains uploaded a short video, teasing fans with what they can expect, writing: “Here they are… A sneak peak of our 2024 Christmas Themes. Which one will you choose?”

One viewer replied: “The excitement.” A second put: “Yes home bargains! Just yes!” A third added: “LOVE them all. My fave time of year.” However, a fourth pointed out: “It’s Septemberrrrrrrrrrrrrr.”
