New mums have been praising this hands-free breast pump saying it makes it easy to express on the go – and Boots has just slashed the price by almost £50
As any new parent knows, getting to grips with feeding routines can be one of the most challenging parts of parenthood, especially if you choose to breastfeed. Making sure you’re expressing milk at just the right time can be tricky and unpredictable, so pumping is a great way to make sure you’ve always got a supply to hand, not to mention giving you a good alternative if your baby struggles to properly latch on.
Breast pumps, however, can be a pricey investment, especially when you’ll only be using them for a limited time, which is why sales are a great chance to pick one up with some savings. Currently Boots has slashed the price of the Momcozy M5 Wearable Double Electric Breast Pump from £179.99 to £152.99 in a limited time offer, saving you almost £30.
The sale is thanks to Boots’ 15% off offer on selected Momcozy products right now, but you can also double up on your savings by applying the code BABYMAY to save an additional 10%, taking your total down to £137.70.

The Momcozy M5 Wearable Double Electric Breast Pump is a comfortable and painless way to pump your breast milk, with a precise 105° flange slope pumping angle which mimics your baby’s mouth. It also has three different massage points to help relieve clogged milk ducts, with three different modes and six different intensities for each mode so you can modify it to suit your needs and comfort levels.
It’s portable and lightweight, so you can use it on the go, and has been designed to let new mums carry on their daily tasks whilst simultaneously pumping. You can choose from five different sizes to get the best fit, and it’s made from zero BPA food-grade silicone that’s safe for you and your baby.
If you don’t want to splurge on the double pump, Boots is also offering savings on the single version, which has been slashed from £89.99 to £76.49. Boots isn’t the only place offering savings, however, as Medela has reduced the price of its Medela Freestyle™ Hands Free Double Electric Wearable Breast Pump.
Ordinarily priced at £299.99, it’s now on sale for £239.99, saving you £60. Pippeta also has a wide range of pumps available, ranging from large bundles for £150 to manual hand pumps that are on sale for £5.
Boots shoppers have widely praised the Momcozy M5 Double Breast Pump, though, with one saying: “A friend recommended and I am very pleased with its suction and how much I am able to express on the go. One draw back for me is that there is not a stopper at the top so I have had the odd spillage. Battery lasts a long while too!”
Another added: “I brought this pump so I could go hands free after using a hand pump for the first few weeks. I’ve also seen my milk supply increase because of the different modes on the pump, which has allowed me to gain a milk supply in the freezer!”
However some were less thrilled, with several saying it broke after a few uses. One reviewer commented: “This was so fiddly to clean and put together, I might as well have spent the time sitting at a traditional pump. I would put it together and take it apart 2 or 3 times each time before it would work and even then I sometimes didn’t fit it to myself properly and would spend 10 minutes expressing to find nothing had come out. I was glad when it broke and I could return it!”
However on Amazon, where it’s also stocked, shoppers praised it as “Comfortable, convenient, and a total game-changer for busy mums” and gave it an impressive 4.8 out of 5 star rating. Another agreed: “I bought this pump after 7 days of just breast feeding. I really struggled just EBF so the pump allowed my husband to feed her my breast milk too. The pump is so easy to use. Really smart design. Would highly recommend to anyone.”
