The budget friendly hair style is hundreds of pounds cheaper than the ultimate Dyson AirWrap
As Black Friday fast approaches many hair care fans will be looking to get a bargain on the much-loved Dyson and Shark bouncy blow dry tools, or add to a gift this Christmas. The hair tools create salon-like styles at home but shoppers are snapping up a new tool in order to get a similar look for less.
Dyson and Shark have recently launched their 2024 Black Friday sales with the likes of the AirWrap and FlexStyle tools front and centre of the discounts, but still hundreds of pounds a piece we’ve found a budget alternative. Many shoppers are snapping up the Eclat Skin London Brush over the £400 Dyson AirWrap.
One customer ‘wanted a Dyson AirWrap but couldn’t justify £400’ bought the styler and volumising brush from the Debenhams 70% Black Friday sale. It’s now a much cheaper £33.99 as opposed to its usual £149 price.

Calling it the ‘ultimate tool to achieve salon-quality hair at home’ it’s the latest of many beauty appliances added to the Debenhams sale, as demand ramps up before Black Friday and Christmas. The versatile brush is said to help transform frizzy hair to sleek and smooth, all while drying and adding volume.
The bristles are made out of ceramic which means users can gently glide the brush through their hair without tension, helping it cut the frizz. While the round brush shape helps create lift at the roots, resulting in more volume.
The tool uses Ionic Technology to give a smooth and shiny look to the hair, essentially these emit negative ions into the hair that helps neutralise static…and frizz. It won’t compete with Dyson’s Coanda technology in the AirWrap but an option for those who can’t fork out hundreds of pounds.
As one shopper said: “Best hairdryer I have ever had. I even prefer it to my Dyson. Gives a great body without being over the top. Nice bounce and body.
“Absolute game changer. Like it so much I have bought another for a family member for her birthday”, while another recent Debenhams shopper raved about the lift it gave to their hair.
Rating the tool a full five stars for both quality and value for money they said it ‘the product gives lovely volume’ to their hair. And a third shopper said: “I love this, it tames my wavey hair really well and doesn’t dry it out. The only downside is the lead is not very long.” As mentioned above one negative point a shopper pointed out is the cord is on the shorter side, worth noting for potential shoppers.
For those keen to bag asaving on a swanky Dyson styler then its biggest Black Friday saving (so far) is on the Corrale Straightener, as £100 has been cut of the price. Over at Shark and the FlexSyle is currently £80 cheaper at a new price of £219.99.
