One deal has seen the Amari Fluted Wooden Storage Footstool with Natural Flatweave Top discounted by 30%. It’s currently priced at £41.30, down from £59.
The footstool is designed to offer a “comfortable place to rest your feet” and a “hidden storage compartment that’s perfect for keeping your living area tidy.” However, shoppers have found several uses for the versatile product, using it as a table and chair, as well as for its original purpose.
Storage stools are often popular with homeowners looking for clever storage solutions, and there are lots of options for shoppers to choose from. For instance, Next offers a Soft Cosy Boucle Ivory Matson Storage Stool for £55 and Argos offers a Habitat Large Dex Velvet Storage Footstool for £90.

B&Q also offers a Velvet Storage Pouffe Pink SILAS for £59.99 and Home Bargains offers a Home Storage Stool for £16.99. Shoppers interested in Dunelm’s offering can click and collect the footstool for free. Otherwise, shoppers can expect to pay £3.95 for delivery.
While it looks like Dunelm introduced the product less than a year ago, meaning customers can’t read reviews about the long-term durability of the footstool, shoppers have shared lots of positive feedback. It has an average rating of 4.9 out of five.
One reviewer said: “Really good price for a sturdy footstool with ample storage for my throws. Fits my colour scheme exactly. Speedy delivery. Spot on Dunelm.” Another pleased shopper added: “I love this piece so much! Looks really expensive and has clean lines and is an understated piece with storage!”

For example, someone wrote: “I used click and collect service and had to wait ages. They have new system where you have to enter your order code and someone would bring the parcel to you. No one picked up my request and I waited for over 10 mins until I approached a team member again who said she will get it for me.”
Another response read: “I had ordered a sideboard and side table. The sideboard arrived and was not in good condition, it had various marks. Sent it back for replacement. The sideboard arrived and table arrived and had a massive split in the wood. Not happy with service from Dunelm in view of late delivery and damaged items”
Someone else said: “Did not get what I ordered and now having to make an extra trip to take it back to the shop for a refund and now had to order it again. Hoping I will receive the right thing this time.”
