The investigation continues into the mysterious death of an adult content creator who tragically died “as she was filming a threesome”.
Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, known online as Anna Polly, was found lifeless in a courtyard at an aparthotel in Nova Iguaçu, around 25 miles northwest of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, last Thursday morning. The 27-year-old OnlyFans model is believed to have fallen from her hotel balcony as she was filming X-rated scenes with the two men for the adult content site.
Another man, believed to have been working as a videographer for the influencer, was also in the hotel room at the moment she fell. A week on from the tragedy, Anna’s boyfriend has issued a heartbreaking declaration – and vowed that if she was murdered, the culprit “will pay for it”.
Police investigating the mysterious death have described the ongoing probe as “complex” and say they are keeping an open mind on the cause – which they say could be an accident or a crime. But in a new development today, police revealed that the three men with her had claimed they had all consumed drugs and alcohol and that Anna Polly had arrived at the hotel “in a very altered state”.
Posting on social media, Anna’s devastated boyfriend, Pedro Henrique, wrote in response: “This is so difficult without you, with each passing hours the penny is dropping and the hole in my heart is only getting bigger.” And in an interview with Brazil’s Quem magazine, he said: “If anyone is to blame, they will pay and the culprit will appear.
“She died at the moment of impact, she didn’t have any chance to save herself.” He added: “All the information about the case is in the hands of the police and they are investigating.”
Friends and fans of Anna Polly have also expressed their shock and sadness at her death. One friend posted: “She was full of plans, she wanted to expand her reach of social media and was always speaking with enthusiasm about her future projects. This has caught us all by surprise.”
Followers of the adult content creator also reacted with shock. “This news is so sad. I hope the police discover the truth about what really happened,” one wrote.
Alves is believed to have died at the four-star Mont Blanc Apart Hotel in Nova Iguacu, part of the Baixada Fluminense area of greater Rio de Janeiro. The sprawling urban region is known as having one of the highest murder rates in Brazil.

Investigators from the Baixada Fluminense Homicide Squad (DHBF) are analysing CCTV images from the hotel and the content of Anna Polly’s mobile phone, and have been interviewing the three men as well as hotel employees, according to reports.
The two men reportedly gave conflicting accounts of what occurred before the plunge, but no arrests have yet taken place. Results of a post-mortem report carried out before the woman’s funeral on Saturday, to find out if she had consumed drugs and any evidence she had been physically attacked, have not yet been made public.
But people close to her told Brazilian columnist Fabia Oliveira that she was being “pressured” on the internet by subscribers and fans to produce more “daring” content. They also said she was “constantly harassed” by fans, a claim which has led police to investigate whether any of her followers were involved in her tragic death.
In a statement, Rio de Janeiro’s civil police said: “The investigation is ongoing. Those involved and witnesses are giving statements and officers are taking other steps to investigate the circumstances of this death.”
