Beauty advent calendars are a big business nowadays, with many top beauty brands launching their own festive countdowns as early as August or September. And they’re hugely popular, often accumulating long waiting lists ahead of going on sale – and then selling out quickly.

We’re surprised this one is still in stock, to be honest, as it’s one of the best we’ve seen this year, and a real showstopper.
We were happy to find some of our all-time Tilbury favourites inside: Charlotte’s Magic Lip Oil, Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray (honestly one of the best) and a 15ml pot of Charlotte’s Magic Cream, and there isn’t a single dud, filler or scary shade – I honestly think that almost everybody would use everything inside.

Rituals Classic Advent Calendar

We love the fact that Rituals’ calendar offers something a little bit different from the usual make-up and skincare products found in most calendars. It still has some of these inside, of course, but it’s also packed with more unusual things like perfumes, body lotions, candles and even a bracelet to create the perfect well rounded selection of gifts.

The main Jo Malone advent calendar has sold out (and cost a whopping £360) but this 12 days offering is a great way to gift someone (or yourself) some treats from the iconic fragrance brand for a little less.
