The festive box contains 12 high-end skincare and beauty products, including some loved by celebrities

Beauty and skincare fanatics have been spoilt for choice this year when it comes to advent calendars and Christmas boxes. Face The Future is one of the brands offering an incredible saving on a variety of best-selling luxury products by bringing them all together in its festive Let It Glow Edit beauty box.

The limited edition collection contains 12 items from the world of skincare, haircare, bodycare and makeup. The delightful box saves you a whopping £512, with it costing £99.99 despite the goodies inside being worth £612.

When the magical box arrived on my doorstep, I couldn’t wait to rip it open and discover what gems were hidden within. Even though I adore all things skincare and beauty, I rarely treat myself to high-end brands, so I think the Let It Glow Edit is a fabulous way to give luxury products a try to see if they’re worth your hard-earned cash before splurging.

I was delighted to find some brands in the box that I’ve been desperate to try, including Medik8’s Press & Glow Tonic worth £32 that hydrates, gently exfoliates, and reveals a radiant glow. I was also thrilled to find the full-size Sigma Beauty Ivy Eyeshadow Palette (£21) which features a variety of stunning matte, shimmer, and metallic shades in ivy-inspired tones that will hopefully make my green/hazel eyes pop over the Christmas period.

Another product I was so happy to see included in Face The Future’s box is the iconic Augustinus Bader The Rich Cream. I keep hearing about this little gem due to celebrities including Victoria Beckham and Kim Kardashian referring to it as one of their essential skincare products. This 15ml bottle usually costs £71, so I personally think it makes the Let It Glow Edit 100 per cent worth the money.

One of the products costs more than the beauty box if you were to buy it individually. The Omorovicza Illumineye C cream is a whopping £110 and reduces the appearance of dark circles, puffiness, fine lines and wrinkles.

I’m naturally pale, so my dark circles are pretty prominent, especially during the winter months. I’ve tried various creams over the years that have failed to make a difference, so I can’t wait to see if the luxurious Omorovicza product will finally do the trick.

I have to say I found the packaging of the Let It Glow Edit a little underwhelming considering how special its contents are. It’s essentially a brown cardboard box with a simple green sleeve that doesn’t feel very Christmassy or luxurious. I’ve received cheaper advent calendars and beauty boxes that have been better presented and designed.

This doesn’t take away from the magic found inside the box, though. I am delighted with the contents of Face The Future’s Let It Glow Edit and was thrilled to see that many of the luxurious products inside are full size. I cannot wait to try them and think the box is totally worth £99.99.
