The flight attendant, who is called Cher according to her account, has been in the job for five years and has shared a few of her top tips in a viral video. The video has racked up more than 36,000 likes and has been viewed more than 790,000 times.
In the 54-second clip, Cher reveals three things she would never do as a result of her job. “Things I’ll never do as a five-year flight attendant,” Cher begins. “Number one I would never wear shorts on the plane. It’s for so many reasons but it’s going to be cold, you’re going to freeze to death. Number two, say we have an evacuation you have to go down the slide your butt cheeks are gonna be sizzled off.
“Second I would never book less than a three-hour connection between flights. Delays can happen for a million and one reasons, it’s aviation in 2024 delays are kind of common. The likelihood that you’re gonna miss your connection is pretty high if you’re booking shorter than three hours.
“Lastly, I do not use toilet paper on the plane and hear me out because I wipe but if you examine the toilet paper I promise you’re gonna see water droplets on it or what you think are water droplets. I don’t think we can trust most men to make it in the toilet on a normal day let alone flying at 36,000 feet with turbulence. So I just tell all my ladies just use the Klee
