Bodybuilder Andréa Sunshine, 55, was on a trip visiting family when she had a “thrilling” ménage-a-trois with twin brothers – and made some life-changing discoveries
A bodybuilding grandmother and internet influencer revealed she had a spicy holiday romance with twin brothers who are just half her age.
Super-fit Andréa Sunshine, 55, is known for posting about her youthful approach to life. In the past, she has even shared dates with her 28-year-old daughter Jannah.
But it was on a recent family jaunt overseas that the Londoner encountered 27-year-old twins. Apparently, they admired her physique at a beachfront gym.
Then over her three-week stay, they became inseparable nocturnal companions in what she describes as the “best fling” of her life. The fitness guru added: “I’ve had many holiday romances before, but this one was something entirely different.”
Andréa initially thought the experience would be awkward but ended up finding it incredibly thrilling. She said: “At first, I was quite surprised, because I thought I’d feel really uncomfortable being with twins at the same time. But I actually found the experience mind blowing.”
The twist was not lost on Andréa, who joked about her preferences: “It’s always been my fantasy to be with twin sisters, but brothers will do the job for now.”
Moreover, she felt a “clear emotional bond” beyond physical attraction, explaining: “And it wasn’t just about sex, there was a clear emotional bond between us. It was just so incredibly unique.”
During her holiday in Brazil to visit relatives, Andréa said that her encounters with the young men weren’t shallow; rather, she saw her role as educational. She believes she did them a favour because she could offer them advice and companionship.
Andréa added: “Since I am experienced and self-assured, I was able to navigate our desires for one another into something valuable. We met everyday and spent the night together many times, always in special and sensual places. It made me feel alive; like I was reborn.”
She continued: “In many ways, our holiday romance became a space for discovery – almost like a form of therapy – where we were able to have open conversations about personal things. I believe no one should feel pressured to define what they like sexually. The most important thing is having the courage to explore and find yourself without any fear of judgement.”
While she was living her best life, not everyone in Andréa’s circle was thrilled about her adventurous love life. She continued: “This is the first time I’ve been single in a while, so my family doesn’t have a say in anything; even though they like to. But it’s my life, my decisions.
“Most of my friends have been quite positive about it, but they were also very jealous. I think they would love to have an experience such as this, though they always say no.”
Looking ahead, Andréa remained uncertain about the future with her unconventional partners, aiming not to set any expectations based on previous disappointments.
“I never set high expectations when it comes to relationships,” she revealed. “There was a time when I did, but I ended up so hurt and upset. Now, I chose to take life one day at a time.
“I’d be happy if we stay as friends, as I don’t see myself seriously dating two young, beautiful men. But for fun and to allow myself new experiences, it’s definitely been worth it. It exceeded all my expectations; completely extraordinary.”
As for dating more than one person at the same time, she remained sanguine: “I’ve realised that I can be involved with two partners at once with no guilt or conflict. What truly matters isn’t the number of people, but rather how you are treated and how you feel.
“I was pampered the entire time and reminded that age is just a number. I don’t know if this adventure will continue, but I do know that whenever we see each other again, the desire to relive something so intense and special will still be there.”
Elsewhere, Andréa previously revealed the bizarre diet she adheres to stay “ripped” – eating 5,400 eggs per year. She says that, in order to keep up with the strict routine, she even brings them on dates.
