Roisin Pelan, who has incurable breast cancer, says women are being ‘left behhind’ as a potentially life-extending drug is ‘out of reach’ for many. She’s campaigning for change

There’s a crisis happening right now for women with secondary breast cancer, and it’s time to pay attention. While Scotland has approved the life-saving drug Enhertu, women and men in England, Ireland, and Wales are being left behind—stuck in a system that’s failing them. This drug can extend lives, but for many, it’s out of reach.

Cue the #ShowYourSupportChallenge. Cancer patients and celebs are getting involved in a big way, spreading a fun but important message. The challenge? Take off your bra without removing your clothes as quickly as you can – men are getting involved too!—a bold, cheeky move to raise awareness of the injustice these women are facing. Celebs like Nadia Sawalha and Helen Addis AKA @thetittygritty are going all out on social media to rally support, but they need help.

They’re on a mission to raise £150,000 by this Friday to fund legal action against those blocking access to this vital drug. And this isn’t just about Enhertu. If we win this battle, it could change the system, making future treatments more accessible for everyone dealing with secondary breast cancer.

Here’s the thing: we can’t do this alone. We need you—yes, YOU—to get involved. Whether it’s taking part in the challenge or donating, every bit counts. We’re also desperately looking for brands to step up and donate big prizes to drive the campaign forward. The clock’s ticking, but together, we can make this happen. Let’s change the future and give women and men with secondary breast cancer the treatment they deserve. We can’t do this without you.

What to do now:

1. Join the Challenge : Post your own #ShowYourSupportChallenge video by removing your bra with your clothes still on and tag your friends to get involved. Spread the word across social media.

2. Donate : Head to the fundraising page and donate whatever you can. Every bit helps us get closer to that £150,000 goal. Legal action is expensive, but it’s our best shot at making real change.

3. Tag Your Breast Mates: Know someone who should be taking this on? Tag your “breast mates” and get them involved! The more people who join in, the louder our voice becomes.

We’re up against the clock, but together we can do this. Let’s change the future
