Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey have appeared to brush off any concerns about their marriage as the pair headed on a night out after she ‘unfollowed’ him on social media
Justin Bieber put on a united front with his wife Hailey after weeks of speculation surrounding their relationship. The pair donned casual outfits, both opting for baggy trousers and puffer coats, as they stepped out for a sweet treat with their pal Lori Harvey. Justin and Hailey appeared to be in good spirits, both smiling, following the public backlash they’d both received.
Last month, Hailey receieved a wave of criticism after a TikTok video, that depicted how Hailey and Justin met, went viral on the social media app. The video accused Hailey of ‘stalking’ Justin for several years before they started dating in 2016. The video includes numerous clips and screen grabs alleging that Hailey strategically inserted herself into Justin’s life whilst he was, at the time, dating Selena Gomez. As a result, the model was brutally scrutinised by fans.
This comes after Justin was met with growing concern among his fans after paparazzi snaps showed him looking downcast and ‘hollow-eyed.’ Justin further fuelled speculation when he posted a video on Instagram showing himself smoking while listening to music.
In the video, Justin frequently smiled at the camera, showing off his teeth and playfully blowing smoke as he made eye contact with the lens. He even leant in close to the camera, giving a cheeky smile, and then blowed a puff of smoke towards it after taking a drag from a roll up cigarette.
Some fans feared that the star’s actions may reflect deeper personal struggles, especially considering his past challenges with mental health. As the video was posted as an Instagram Story, where fans couldn’t comment, they took to his most recent post to share their opinions instead. One user commented: “Why is nobody talking about what he posted on his story.” Whilst another added: “Yh, that was cringe.” A third penned: “No frr I’m not like shocked he’s smoking but why did he post it?”
More recently, it was revealed that Justin’s alarming behaviour had been causing Hailey considerable distress, and she has allegedly reached out to loved ones to ask for prayers for Justin. The singer has been acting increasingly erratic, including engaging in bizarre live streams and exhibiting signs of potential drug use.
A source close to 28 year old Hailey through their church community shared: “He’s in a spiral. He’s manic, not sleeping, hardly eating, sending frantic texts in the middle of the night. He often doesn’t make a lot of sense, but he is convinced that he does. He doesn’t realise how much help he needs, and everyone around him is really worried.”
Hailey, who tied the knot with Justin in 2018 and is the mother to their seven-month-old son Jack, is reportedly seeking spiritual support from their church to aid her husband, who rose to fame as a young teen and quickly became one of the world’s top-selling music artists.
Justin’s current struggles are a stark contrast to his earlier success. He has been spotted in odd attire, posting enigmatic memes hinting at marital problems, and sharing concerning videos on social media.
In remarks to MailOnline, a church member disclosed: “Hailey has asked everyone around her to bathe Justin in prayer. She can’t pull him out of this. People close to him don’t think even he can pull himself out of this. Only God can help him now. We’ve been here before but maybe not this bad.”
