Katie Price has undergone numerous operations on her breasts over the years in pursuit of her own vision of perfection. She has shared her latest plans with Louis Theroux.
Katie Price is planning to go under the knife yet again to have cosmetic surgery on her breasts – with a reduction planned this time.
The 46-year-old mother-of-five has made a career with her breasts – posing topless over the years as a glamour model and more recently sharing titillating content for a price via OnlyFans. Over the years, Katie’s boobs have fluctuated in size as she has had surgery after surgery to boost her bust.
At their biggest, the reality star’s bust has increased to a double H cup size. But now the star has admitted her breasts have become too large and she is now planning to have them reduced – which means another trip to the plastic surgeon.
Katie opened up about her plans while sitting as a guest on the Louis Theroux podcast where she candidly discussed her breast ambitions. She told the host: “They’re going smaller in two weeks: they’re too big. It’s terrible isn’t it.”
Katie went on to debate whether her insecurities about her body stem from a mental health issue. She said: “I always said I haven’t got body dysmorphia but there’s definitely something, I don’t know what it is… I’ve never looked in the mirror and thought I’m pretty or whatever”.
She also said she cannot see her natural beauty in throwback photos from her pre-surgery days. She confessed: “That’s another thing I have to get to grasps with myself about the surgery thing. I don’t know if it’s body dysmorphia or what I’m trying to gain out of it.”
Insisting she isn’t trying to turn back the clock with her repeated trips to the surgeon, Katie told Theroux: “I’m not afraid of getting old: I like getting old because you become wiser. But with the face and that I just think if there’s something to tweak it’s just easy to do.”

Katie’s interview has aired amid claims by her former fiancé Carl Woods that she was a serial cheat. In an explosive interview with The Sun on Sunday, the one-time Love Island contestant claimed he learned Katie cheated on him with three other men – including a German tourist and a 23-year-old footballer – over the course of their chaotic three-year romance.
He also claimed that he confronted her about sending flirty messages to a premier league footballer at the beginning of their romance – and that she ran away from him rather than discuss her alleged behaviour. Carl claims it was while she was running away from him that she fell from a ledge in a car park and smashed both her feet – and that she had lied about injuring herself while jumping over a wall at a theme park in Turkey. Hitting back at Carl’s claims, a spokesperson for the star told the Mirror: “Another ex-cashing in on Kate…for someone who didn’t want to be famous he’s not doing a very good job at it…”.
