Liam Payne’s ex, Maya Henry, didn’t hold back in her latest TikTok video in which she lifts the lid on her time with the One Direction star, who she dated from 2019 to 2021
Liam Payne’s ex, Maya Henry, has sent One Directions fans into a frenzy with her latest TikTok video.
The Texan model, 23, who was engaged to the singer, 31, in 2020 before they call it quits in 2021, says “things need to be addressed” in the clip as she lifts the lid on the couple’s relationship.
Addressing her fans sporting a vest and baseball cap, Maya doesn’t hold back in the self-confessed “rant”, in which she makes a number of claims about Liam, alleging he won’t stop ‘blowing up her phone’ as well as revealing which member of the best-selling boyband he told her threw him against a wall.
After the eight-minute outpouring, One Direction fans have accused the model of lying about the singer, who boasts a whopping 26 million followers on Instagram. However, Maya, who is supported by her own followers, claims they “don’t know what goes on behind closed doors”, as she dropped her bombshells about her ex, one by one…
Claims Liam told her Zayn Malik threw him against a wall
Liam had previously spoken about tensions within the band and mentioned a fight on Logan Paul’s podcast, saying he was shoved against a wall by one of his former bandmates, who he subsequently told: “If you don’t remove those hands there’s a high likelihood you’ll never use them again.”
Liam refrained from revealing the name of his alleged assailant, however, Maya claims it was Zayn Malik, despite many fans thinking it was Louis Tomlinson.
Referring to the Louis, rumours Maya says: “I see this all the time, everywhere, I’ve heard this insufferable story so many times…he [Liam] told me it was Zayn.”
Says Liam is still ‘blowing up her phone’
Maya claims Liam still contacts her in the video, despite the pair splitting up in 2021. Alleging he “blows up her phone”, using different numbers when “he gets his phone taken away from him”, she also says he contacts her mum.
Addressing the alleged contact, she says: “Ever since we broke up, he messages me, blows up my phone. It’s always from different phone numbers too. He also emails me. Also, not only me, but he’ll blow up my mum’s phone. Is that normal behaviour to you?”
‘He never paid for anything’
Refuting Liam’s legion of loyal fans’ claims she was only with the singer for the money, Maya claims the X Factor star “never paid for anything” for her.
Insisting she “wasn’t using his AmEx”, she says money wasn’t an issue for her, even before she met the multimillionaire. Adjusting her camera several times before leaning in for a close-up, Maya, who is a successful model and author says: “Y’all don’t know half of what went on.”
‘Talks s*** about his bandmates’
In the final bombshell claim about the dad-of-one, Maya says Liam often badmouths his the One Direction boys, despite “popping up at their concerts”.
Alleging the singer “talks s*** about his bandmates”, she says: “He goes to their concerts and tries to take the attention away from everyone.” Adding the singer ‘mysteriously’ went to Louis Tomlinson’s concert the day her book ‘Looking Forward’ came out, she concludes: “Funny how he pops up at Louis’ concert the day my book comes out. He knows if he’s with the boys, he gets attention and can deflect [things], it’s crazy the impact it has on social media.”
