Adult content creator Lily Phillips, whose 100 men stunt recently sparked concern for the safety of OnlyFans stars, enjoyed an idyllic childhood in a picturesque village, with successful parents who continue to support her career choices

OnlyFans star Lily Phillips has amassed a huge fortune through her unconventional career – which appears to be very different from the dreams she harboured during her idyllic childhood.

Her parents have remained supportive, however, with her mum even playing a very important role in her business. The 23-year-old grew up in a picturesque village near Derby, where her affluent parents ran a cleaning company. As a child, she hoped to one day run a wedding shop, and as a teen, she went on to study nutrition at Sheffield University.

It was during her university studies that Lily began to create adult content, starting off with tamer bikini pics before moving on to more explicit images. Now Lily, who has allegedly earned £2 million through her work, has sparked fears among others in the sector after sleeping with 101 men in just one day, with plans to sleep with 1,000 men in 24 hours next month.

Before she embarks on this extreme challenge, however, Lily will be returning home for a quaint Christmas break, during which she and her elder brother will hang up their stockings for Father Christmas, as per family tradition.

Lily told the Mail Online: “They even make us do the plate of carrots and mince pies [for Santa and his reindeer]!” she said. “But we all love it – it’s just good being together and nice not to be working for once. I’m very excited because I really love giving presents, and this year I’m giving them all a big ski holiday.”

Lily shed some light on her comfortable, middle-class upbringing, which saw her turn down her parents’ offer of private school in favour of state education. The hardworking family enjoyed plenty of material comforts, including multiple properties and high-end cars, including a Land Rover and a Porsche.

Reflecting on her “picture-perfect childhood”, Lily told the publication: “I think I got my work ethic and my creativity from my dad.” Meanwhile, Lily’s mother plays an active role in her career path as her head of finance.

However, although her parents and grandparents have shown their support, Lily’s privately educated brother, who works as an ‘ethical hacker’ paid to demonstrate flaws in security systems, apparently has some concerns for his younger sister’s safety.

Looking ahead to the future, Lily shared that she hopes to settle down one day, revealing, “Oh yes, I want to have a marriage like my parents’ and at least five children.” She has, however, previously shared a heartbreaking fear when it comes to love and marriage, expressed during the recent YouTube documentary, ‘I Slept With 100 Men in One Day’.

Lily, said: “There are days when I’m sat here on a Sunday, my friends have all got boyfriends, and I see a comment, and people are like, ‘no one is ever going to marry you’ or something like that. And that can definitely make me feel a little bit like, ‘Oh god. Have I chosen the wrong career?”

The OnlyFans star also spoke of how her parents also have some apprehensions on this front. Lily explained: “Yeah, I talk about this a lot with my parents. Because I guess that’s one thing they worry about is like, ‘Will you ever find a boyfriend?’. But you know, there’s so many guys in the world, I think you know one poor b******’s got to marry me.”

This comes as OnlyFans faces fierce scrutiny for facilitating such extreme content, with others in the industry sounding the alarm on the huge pressures creators now face to make content with shock factor. Many critics online are even calling for the platform to be banned as more creators push boundaries to attract and maintain subscribers, with seemingly little safeguarding.

A number of those who tuned into the controversial doc, which followed Lily as she embarked on her recent stunt, were shocked to see that male participants didn’t undergo criminal record checks. Although Lily has stated that all men involved wear protection and have instant HIV tests, viewers were also left worried about Lily’s apparent lack of understanding of STIs, with the model expressing some confusion about how exactly HIV is spread from person to person.

Physical health aside, concerns have been raised about the effect such content might have on Lily’s overall well-being. At the end of doc, the star appeared tearful as she told the cameras that the experience had been more “intense” than she’d anticipated.
