Lady Amelia Windsor certainly had all eyes on her as she attended the recent Burberry show at London Fashion Week, where she took inspiration from a huge film character

The ‘most beautiful’ turned heads as she channelled Lara Croft.

Lady Amelia Windsor, 29, lives a life out of the royal glare and doesn’t carry out any official duties, despite her grandfather Prince Edward, Duke of Kent, being a cousin to the late Queen Elizabeth. Instead, the royal can often be found gracing magazine covers as a top-end model or throwing herself into charity work.

But on a day out for the Burberry show during London Fashion Week, the daughter of George, Earl of St Andrews looked every inch the star as she took inspiration from a huge movie character. Taking to Instagram, Lady Amelia shared a string of snaps from her outings and told fans that Lara Croft played a part in her outfit.

Croft is the main character in the Tomb Raider franchise and has also been made into a string of movies. She is known for her high levels of intelligence and is a very athletic British archaeologist who can often be found exploring tombs and hazardous ruins. Sharing a snap of her look with her 101,000 followers, Lady Amelia, who goes by the name of ‘Mel’ captioned her post: “3. Lara Croft for @burberry.”

Amelia, who is 43rd in line to the throne opted for a khaki vest top which she paired with a white cargo-style skirt and black military boots. The aristocrat accessorised her look with a striking gold necklace and black sunglasses. She rocked her blonde tresses in a sleek bob as she posed for the hoards of photographers at the exclusive event.

Her fans were quick to gush over the British model as one penned: “Beautiful.” A second went on to add: “Beautiful all around,” along with a green heart emoji. Previously, Amelia was dubbed the “most beautiful British royal” by the glossy magazine, Tatler back in 2016 when she first appeared on the front cover.

Just two years later, she caused a stir when she posed for Tatler’s cover for the second time, resting on a topless rugby player, Maro Itoje. Speaking previously to the title, Lady Amelia revealed her “key to happiness” and it’s a far cry from her life as a royal. “I would love to live in Dorset or Devon and swim in the sea every day come rain or shine. I’m convinced it’s the key to happiness,” she said.

When Amelia is not attending royal events such as Trooping The Colour or memorial events with her family, she can often be found updating fans about her life on social media. Unlike her relatives, as she is not a working royal, similar to Princess Eugenie, Amelia is allowed to post on social media and update her fans.

Royals, including Prince William and Princess Catherine, use communications teams to post on their social media pages. However, Amelia, her sister Lady Marina and Princess Eugenie are a handful who personally share posts.
