A mum has shared her latest Too Good To Go bargain from Starbucks, and although she was thoroughly impressed with what she snagged for just £4, she thought one thing was missing

People are always looking out for savvy ways to save money.

That’s why apps like Too Good To Go have shot up in popularity. The nifty food app links people with eateries and retailers, helping them snap up surplus food at slashed prices.

It makes sense, as some grub is just too good to toss away. A Swansea mum recently bagged herself a Starbucks haul for a mere £4. The deal-hunting mum, known on TikTok as @bargainlovingmam, began by praising the coffee shop’s friendly staff.

Then she treated viewers to a glimpse inside her bargain bag, and what a steal it was. For £4, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better value.

In her viral video, she exclaimed: “First up, we have a Mexican-style wrap. Oh, we haven’t got any sweet stuff. A ham and cheese sandwich and, oh wait, two cheese toasties. Oh my god, ok, I did really want some sweet stuff, because I’m craving sweet stuff, but a wrap, a sandwich and two toasties for £4.”

While she missed out on the sugary treats, the savvy mum still sang the app’s praises and encouraged others to give it a whirl for some smashing bargains. The one thing shoppers should note is that it’s all about the luck of the draw, since you wont know what treats you’ll be handed in the mystery bag.

Even so, if you’re game for an element of surprise, it’s no issue whatsoever. Actually, it’s a clever move for those aiming to save money without letting grub go to waste.

Since the video was shared, people have been gushing about their love for the app. It appears loads are itching to bag those bargains wherever possible. One commenter chimed in with: “We love Too Good To Go.” Another penned: “It’s so addictive checking the app for all the bags and deals.”
