Customers can save on the “beautiful” summer dress that’s on sale in several different colours
New Look’s latest sale offers shoppers 25% off hundreds of dresses, including a “gorgeous” midi dress praised by customers for its “beautiful quality.” The retailer has discounted its popular Red Puff Sleeve Midi Dress from £29.99 to £22.49.
The Black Puff Sleeve Midi Dress and Pink Puff Sleeve Midi Dress, which offer the same design in different colours, are also on offer, but the Blue Puff Sleeve Midi Dress is full price at £29.99. Shoppers “absolutely love” the “really comfy” dress, praising its “perfect versatility”.
However, several reviewers commented on the sizing, and someone thought it was “quite heavy material.” Elsewhere, fans of the midi style might prefer Next’s £42 Bright Red Puff Sleeve Midi Dress, which is available in several colours and prints.

There’s also Dorothy Perkins’s Floral Shirred Bodice Puff Sleeve Midi Dress, on sale for £31.20, which offers an alternative for fans of floral prints. Shoppers with more room in their budget might like Nobody’s Child’s Red Rose Print Nova Midi Smock Dress, which is on sale for £71.20, or Boden’s Sofia Trim Jersey Midi Dress for £98, which is available in several prints and colours.
Nonetheless, New Look customers might fancy the store’s newly-discounted Black Puff Sleeve Midi Dress. Its product description says: “The shape of this dress creates an instant sun-ready feel. It has short puffy sleeves and flattering ruching at the bodice before falling loosely to a midi length.”
Reviewing the New Look dress, a shopper said: “Gorgeous red dress. Bought this in red as its my favourite colour and have worn it casual with flats and dressed up with heels.” Someone else praised: “Beautiful quality dress.”
However, some left criticism. Reviewing the blue dress, a commenter shared: “Nice colour, the fit around the top is a bit odd. It doesn’t cover the bra strap area.”
Another shopper shared feedback on the same dress, writing: “Lovely dress. The colour is as nice as in the picture, and it’s a good length for me. Creases very easy!” One more reviewer who purchased the Pink Puff Sleeve Midi Dress commented on the material. They said: “This dress is a gorgeous colour and (after a good iron!) hangs really nicely.”
That said, someone else replied: “Impressed with material and style- did not look cheap.” Another said: “Wonderful dress, dress up or down perfect versatility.”
