Former Love Island star Olivia Attwood has hit out at her ex-boyfriend and Celebrity Big Brother star Chris Hughes as she hints that all will be revealed once he’s out of the iconic house
Olivia Attwood has hit out at Celebrity Big Brother fans for ‘harassing’ her about her ex-boyfriend Chris Hughes. Former Love Island star Olivia, 34, dated Chris, 32, back in 2017 when they fell head over heels for one another in the famous villa.
Ever since Chris has been in the Celebrity Big Brother house, Olivia insists that her name keeps getting mentioned and fans are continuously tagging her in clips of her ex and his housemate JoJo Siwa – and she’s quite frankly had enough of it. Olivia took to her TikTik account on Thursday to share a warning that she will no longer be speaking about her ex or sharing any more thoughts on the latest series of Celebrity Big Brother.
The reality TV star also issued a warning to her followers amid her frustration. Speaking to her TikTok followers, Olivia addressed having to seek therapy following her relationship with Chris – which last seven months. “The therapy was expensive, it was time-consuming, and now I feel like I’m going to have to go in for another round because I’m not watching any more.”
Referencing Chris’ controversial connection with JoJo Siwa, 21, Olivia called their tactile bond ‘creepy’. She said: “I’m getting trolled on this app because every weird and creepy thing that happens, I’m getting tagged in it. I haven’t opened TikTok in two days for this reason.”
Olivia then spoke about axed housemate and TOWIE star Ella Rae Wise and her tension with Chris in the house. Olivia had told Ella about Chris’ red flags before she entered the house, and as a result, she and Chris failed to bond or grow any sort of connection with one another.
Addressing the drama, Olivia said: “There is two sides to every story but I guess. I told Ella when I was on TOWIE. Some people – very few people – go on reality TV and they’re 100% themselves – the good, the bad, and the ugly, and they are the same on or off camera. However, other people go on reality TV and they are one person but then when you experience them off camera, they are literally like shape-shifters.”
Olivia’s video then cut to her lying in bed as she told her followers that she decided to delete the last couple of things she had said out of fear of getting trolled. “There’s nothing that I need to say that has to be said now. It can be said at a time when I’m ready. I can’t wait to be able to enjoy TikTok again. I’ve missed coming on here and not getting violated.”
It comes after Olivia insisted that it was ‘obvious’ that Chris would have had a romance in the ITV house. Viewers were convinced Chris would strike up a romance while on the ITV show, with him entering as a single man. TOWIE’s Ella is freshly single having split from Dan Edgar just days before the show’s start date.
Ella appeared certain she would find a connection with Chris, however recently insisted she “doesn’t fancy him” following his close bond with JoJo. Chris and the Dance Moms star, who is in a relationship with Kath Ebbs, have surprised fans with their unlikely bond, as they were convinced he would be getting close with Ella instead.
Olivia was also sure Chris and Ella would spark a romance as she gave her own verdict. Speaking on her So Wrong It’s Right podcast, she revealed she had watched the first episode and was keen to see what he ex would get up to.
She recorded the episode just after the show’s launch and revealed: “Look, let’ss be real, the last show I saw him on – and this is no shade – was our show. He’s probably had to see me on loads of different things. I am curious obviously. I’m curious if he’s grown up, if he’s changed. If we see, again no shade, the real him. I don’t think on Love Island you necessarily saw all the flashes of his personality.”
Olivia insisted there would be a romance between Chris and Ella as she added: “I am going to call it right now, him and Ella will get together. 100%. I like Ella and I know her from TOWIE but I think they are the only two young single ones. “It is obvious it’s going to happen.”
However, much to Olivia’s surprise, JoJo is seemingly the one who stole Chris’ heart.
