Remember Monday put in a mighty performance at last night’s final of the Eurovision Song Contest, but placed 19th with only 88 points from the national juries. One of the members of the three-person group revealed she lost her wedding ring but didn’t share whether it happened during the performance.

Singer Holly-Anne Hull took to her Instagram on Sunday to share a video of the group sitting on a plane as they left Basel. “I’ve lost my wedding ring and my engagement ring,” Holly-Anne Hull said in the video, but she didn’t give further details to her followers on what happened.

Holly-Anne tied the knot in the summer of 2023 in Surrey. In the video, the group said they were still wearing last night’s hair gel and added that their knees hurt.

“I’m gonna have a breakdown ’cause I’ve lost my wedding ring,” she said. Lauren Byrne added how the group were “so grateful” for their fans while Charlotte Steele said their fans were “amazing”.

While the girl group managed to climb to 19th place with 88 points from the jury vote, they were left gutted after being handed absolutely nothing from those watching at home during Saturday night’s final.

However, they recently vowed that “this is just the beginning” as they spoke out on Sunday morning.

They said in a statement to the Mirror: “WOW – what a ride! Three best mates walked onto the world’s biggest music stage and came out with a Top 10 Jury score, massive streaming numbers, and memories that will last a lifetime.

“Performing at Eurovision was one of the most surreal and emotional moments of our lives. The love we’ve felt from fans, our incredible team, and everyone who streamed, voted, and believed in us has been overwhelming.

“This is just the beginning for Remember Monday. We’ve got new music coming your way, a UK & Ireland headline tour this year, a summer packed with festivals, and we’ll be hitting the stage at Wembley Stadium for the Summertime Ball… no big deal!

“We’re so grateful for the platform, the media support, and every single new fan who’s joined us on this wild journey. Eurovision? Completed it. Let’s go! Charlotte, Holly and Lauren x.”

Over on Twitter, viewers were picking up on the West End vibes the girls gave off.

“Say all you want about this song being just a random West End number, you cannot deny that Remember Monday’s chemistry together on stage is immaculate,” one wrote. “They really look like they’re having the time of their lives on the #eurovision stage!”
