A pair of children allegedly disarmed and killed a man who attempted to rob them at gunpoint on the way to school.

Police were called to the Pedro Aguirre Cerda commune in Chile at around 9am after a man was found suffering from stab wounds on Monday.

The 40-year-old man reportedly approached the two school children, a girl and a boy, on a bike. They reported that he was armed with a gun and knife and had tried to rob their phones at around 9am.
